Cesar proposed to Ann on a gorgeous, sunny afternoon on Refugio Beach. He walked her along the beach and out onto the point where they were surrounded by scenic rocks, mellow waves, and us photographers incognito. Little did Ann know that these two photographers were not just capturing the scenery, but capturing her as Cesar placed her on a rock, bent on one knee, presented the ring, and asked that Question. By now, of course, you know her response. She said yes.
